State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amazon refund using Reference number

My name is Supriya Bhattacharjee and I had ordered Mi Smart Band 3i of RS.999(Mi Smart Band 3i ) in Amazon on (17 February 2021) and after (19 February 2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (23 February 2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (863120) and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
