State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount debited but not credited to Credit Card Account

Today I have made SBI Credit Card payment through SBI Card app via Internet Banking option.The amount of Rs.5057/- debited from my Account and transaction status showing as Successful at Billdesk.But the same is not credited to Credit Card Account.The amount is not reflecting in the SBI card app also.Kindly Credit the amount to the credit card account or refund the same.Kindly do the needful at the earliest as the due date is approaching.

The payment successful message I received is as follows:
"Transaction for [email protected] to BILLDESK PAYMENT SERVICES has been completed successfully with reference id[protected]"
