Dear sir,
I did transaction through (Sbi pay) upi android app and it was failed at 24.03.2017 9.56 am. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (Case id: trn ref no. #[protected], ticket no. 8482 dt 24.03.17). But not getting any response even i talked many times to call center people they told call centre can not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. Because upi is a third party transaction case and i have not any detail about it. You can only mail to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also submit complaint via app only then they will resolve your issue. Even i have also mailed to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in but not getting any response.
If it will not credited in my account then i will mail to all sbi bank's senior office and also twit to #pmo#rbi#state bank of india along with all supporting evidence proof and snapshot.
