Dear sir,
I did transaction through (Google tez) upi android app and it was failed at 26.09.2017 12.45 pm. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (Case id: trn ref no.[protected] dt 26.09.17). But not getting any response even i talked many times to call center people they told call centre can not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. Because upi is a third party transaction case and i have not any detail about it. You can only mail to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also submit complaint via app only then they will resolve your issue. Even i have also mailed to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in
