I made a transaction for rs. 10, 000/- using sbi anywhere mobile app’s upi interface to beneficiary of pnb, jind on 25th january 2019. The above said amount debited from my account immediately but did not credited to the beneficiary. When asked to the branch i was told to wait for approximate seven days and the amount will be credited back to my account but it did not happened.
1. I made a written complaint / request to the respective branch manager to get this resolved but nothing happened except frustration.
2. I raised an dispute using app on 11th february (Screen shot attached) and it said that by 18th february the matter will be resolved, but nothing happened.
3. I had telephonic discussions on toll free numbers many times but received nothing but frustration. Most of time your operators end up saying that there is technical problem in their system please contact later (Surprising and frustrating).
4. I visited the local branch many times but getting no solution, neither i am getting status of my complaint even after making multiple telephonic calls.
5. I emailed my complaint to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in 20th february but got no response.
6. Also there is no sign of progress on sbi anywhere app (Current screen shot attached)
Even after passing approximate one month there is no sign of hearing my issue from my side. As none of you are hearing my complaint i am getting frustrated and disturbed. I had to make an urgent payment to the beneficiary and i failed to make this in time due to your fault or failure of your system, and it hampered my credibility.
You are requested to please look into the matter asap and give me my hard earned money back.
