State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount debited from my account without my permission

My name billa. Raju account no-[protected], tangutur branch. An amount of 2057.50/- was debited 3 times from my account without my knowledge on 21-09-17. Total amout debited amout-6172.50. I have not used my atm at any place. I visited bank but no clear response. Then i contacted customer care here also no good response. So, please solve my problem as early as possible.
