State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount deducted from my account but i haven't received cash from ATM

Hello sir,

This is to bring in your kind notice, that on 26th may 2017 i reached to axis bank atm church road, laxminagar to withdraw rs 1000 but due to some error in the atm, i haven't received cash and amount was deducted from my bank account

Axis atm record no of withdrawal : 9090

I request you to please resolve my problem asap.
