State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount deducted from my sbi account but not credited to payee account

I have transferred an amount of rupees 10000 to hdfc account on 25th of september 2017 amount deducted but not credited to payee account i have given a complaint to sbi bank they asked to wait for 48 hours. Given grace period have already passed i again placed a request for resolution but they are not responding please do the needful on priority thanking you
