I deposited Rs.[protected]+500 deno.s) in cash deposit machine of SBI Kodungallur Main Branch on 11.07.2018 and the transaction was successful and I got the printed receipt . When the amount was not credited to my SB Account, I contacted the branch manager (Kottapuram) where I have account (SB A/c. [protected])
The branch manager directed me to report my problem at Main Branch Kodungallur where the machine is installed. The main branch officer in charge asked me to submit a written complaint. I lodged a complaint at SBI main branch on 13.07.2018.
Since my account has not been credited, I approached the main branch officer in charge (lady) on 17.07.2018 and requested her to do the needful as I am in need of money. She casually told my complaint will be settled by that day. The same day at 4.30pm I telephoned the SBI officer and reminded my complaint. I got the replay "to settle the matter there is enough time left" and disconnected.
Today 18.7.2018 at 7pm my account has not been credited that is why I am making this complaint online. Was this information helpful? |
