State Bank Of India [SBI] — Amount misplace

I transferred rs 5000 from sbi buddy wallet on 6 march to an account but amount didn't transferred .on 10 march I registered a complaint on customer care that told that within 10 days amount will be back. after ten days I contact customer care but no response they told complaint registered and Will receive a message but not received a message and amount.
