State Bank Of India [SBI] — AMount not dispensed from ATM but deducted from my account

Address: Tumkur, Karnataka, 572102

I have tried to withdraw Rs 2000/- amount from S1BB[protected], Vani Vilas Road, V V Puram, Bengaluru on 10/5/17 around 10.15 AM.
Cash was not dispensed but i got debit massage on my phone.
Once again i tried to withdraw Rs 2000/- again cash not recieved but got debit massage on my phone.
After a while i got amount reverse massage of Rs 2000/-
In total i got two debit massages but only one reverse massage .

My account has been debited Rs 2000/- but cash was not dispensed.

My account No is [protected].
