Dear Team SBI,
I have booked a railway ticket through an E-ticket on 17 Feb 2021.
My account has been debited and got the confirmation from IRCTC.
Subsequently, I have canceled the tickets on 17feb 2021 only.
After the cancellation of 15days till now my account has not been credited. I did an inquiry about my transaction with IRCTC. They shared me with updated details that they refunded that amount from their side. But in my account still pending.
I request you to look into the matter. I am here to attach with all my
details in image format.

through E-Ticket. Unfortunately, my bank account has not been credited to date.
I requested you to look into the matter and credit 2220.0/- to My State Bank of India Account and oblige. Your early action will be highly appreciated.
