State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount not withdrawal from atm but deducted from my account.

On 02/06/18 i went to ubi atm nall0582 at bamrauli, allahabad for transaction of rs 10000 from my sbi atm card after all process when machine was about to give money electricity had gone at the same time i got message that rs 10000 withdrawn from a/c xx 6475 on 02/06/18 at ubi atm nall0582. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 53824.07. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. I did telephonic complaint with both banks but no results. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you

Hi,
On May 28th, Rs. 20650/- got debited to my account and it says as below:
DEBIT TRANSFERTRANSFER
TO [protected]
INVESTMENT INTERMEDIA
I am not aware why this has happened or what is the purpose behind it.
I am not aware of any "INVESTMENT INTERMEDIA"
Please resolve this the earliest

PLS TELL ME WHY 295 RS. HAVE BEEN DEBITED IN INVESTMENT INTERMEDI
KINDLY REFUND THE MONEY without my permmision and knwledgeg
and block it immediately.
