Sir,
I have odered an ottoman stool worth rs -699 from Amazon but due to to some problem I have to return it .I recieved the product on 9/2/21 and the return was picked up on 10/2/21 .But I haven't received my refund yet .Amazon initiated the refund on 11/2/21and it was expected to come on 19/2/21.Amazon gave the refference I'd[protected] but my bank (SBI)has still not credited my money.
This is urgent, please help me as soon as possible.
