When ever i use onlinesbi their always a problem of account mapped in many services

I get a call from this [protected] number..
They are asking for our CVV number. And asking some OTPs to activate our atm card.
Please kindly take a serious action for this issue... Otherwise no one will open account on your bank.. because of frauding in the name of your bank
