State Bank Of India [SBI] — Asking for atm was rejected

Today i received a call from sbi manager asking me that your sbi atm was rejected to continue using your card giving atm card number and cvv nos.

He was calling me 3 times including today.
I was account holder of sbi imphal secretariat branch ifsc:sbin0004562
I want to know who was disturbing me in my mind.
So, i requested you to take action as soon as possible.
