This is regarding in-ethical behaviour of the asst. Manager who is in direct contact with customers, this is a rural bank and most of the customers are from nearby villagers, pensioners, poor people.
This particular manager is behaving very rudely with the poor customers, feel pity of those customers dealing with this branch.
How such public servants are kept on job by one of the largest bank in the world, stringent actions are necessary against such bad behaviour’s towards poor people, who do not deserve to be there especially serving the public.
Hope this complaint will be considered seriously and such behaviors are condemned.
