Dear Sir,
I want to tell you that this is my sixth or seventh time that i was in the state bank of india, aishbagh, Lucknow since holi.
The matter is, i have have forgotten my rupay card pin so i had try it to generate through my registered mobile number but it was failed the pin was not generated. After that i tried to generate through SBI ATM machine but the result was same. After all method of regeneration of pin, i had visited to my homebranch (SBI), the manager of the bank asked for written application, i had given that, but result was same. Again i visited to bank they again asked for the application, i had given it, but the result was same. This process continues for 3-4 times but result was not good. Finally, i again visited to my homebranch(SBI) And i asked to the manager for the new ATM card and i also asked for surrendering the old card. He said, you have no need to surrender the old card just give me the application for new card with photo, i had given it. But after applying new ATM card, i waited near about two week but still i have not got the ATM. so today(12may2017)i again visited to the SBI BANK, they again asked for the new application for applying ATM card. I had again given the new application but they have not submitted it because i don't have a pan card.
So sir, i am very tired of this state bank service because i am unable to withdraw my own money.
I have also attached today's document that bank rejected it(with stamp).
