State Bank Of India [SBI] — Atm card/ withdrawal

Problem regarding withdrawal... I can't withdraw cash from atm... As i can only see my balance, even i can't transfer also. I complained about this to my branch they told me to call at customer service. I called them again they are telling me to complain at my branch...

So, kindly suggest me what i have to do.
