Please find reference of the complaint reference no.[protected] in which the money not come during the transaction due to the power failure. Money is dt. Immediately from my account of rs.2000. I got the sms as

Motherland fuels
Palakkad
On 14/6/2017, 5.57pm.
I request you to consider this and credit rs.2000 back to ac.
This has already informed to my bank sbi, palakkd town branch.

Branch manager behaviour is not good.. he does not sarisfy custumers...i went to bank for atm but he refused me .and refused to give any information...
