I had made an 4000rs withdrawal transaction from my atm card on 20th feb 2017 around 2p. M., cash was not dispensed but amount for the same was deducted from my account. I had submitted the complaint regarding the same on phone on 23rd february, complaint number[protected], after this they said that complaint is closed on 11th march 2017 and related documents are sent to my brach. When i visited the branch they refused to have any kind of documents for the same. I had again given an written complaint in branch for the same, they said it will be resolved within 7 days, now it's 30days and still the problem is not solved. They are again asking for my account details which have been submitted in the written complaint. So i request you to take corrective action and solve my issue as soon as possible, else i am going to file a case in consumer court. Following are the details -
