My name is ajit kumar s/o mr. Arvind kumar (Account holder).
On dated 9th may 2017, i was trying to withdraw amount at sbi atm at new delhi railway station. First transaction of 20, 000/ (Txn no. 5867) is completed.
Again i made 2nd transaction for 20, 000/ (Txn no. 5868) having atm id - s1bj[protected], but i didn’t receive the money of 2nd transaction even though i received message that transaction has completed and amount of 20, 000/ also debited. After transaction problem i was wait there approx 1hr and check other person transaction.
At that point of time i have contacted sbi customer care and given all the details related to this transaction, they have provided me one complain-id ([protected]) where i have been regularly following up. After 10-12 days i received a message “claim rejected your transaction successful and relevant document send to your home branch”. I immediately went to home branch and contact to bank staff, he told me submit a written complain letter. Then i submitted a written complaint with all the details of incorrect transaction (A copy of the complaint is attached with this mail).
After few days bank staff said to me your transaction is successful and we can’t refund your amount.
I again contact customer care but received same type of reply.
I have put every effort to get back my hard earned money of rs. 20, 000/. I was really needy of that money but instead of putting every effort i could, i did not get my money back.
Now i am really fad up with the customer care executives of sbi bank and their reply.
I would really like to get back my hard earned money back.
