My name is rohit. My bank account number is [protected]. Ifsc code - sbin0031386. I have paid electricity bill on 20 sep.18, using sbi virtual debit card service to jdvvnl electricity board department. I have paid 1172 using virtual debit card of sbi. As here i paid electricity bill on 20 sep.18, the deduction of amount 1172 is reflected on next day 21 september 2018. I have added screenshots of transaction. So due to inconvenience the payment status got failed as by jdvvnl department. So they initiate a refund on 27 sep. 18. But still i have not received refund on my bank account. When i call customer care of sbi they don't know how virtual debit card service works. Now i money is stuck between these problem and i also got penalty for not paying electricity bill on proper time.

    I have one issue about money refund from happyeasygo so i called to happy easy go customer service and they given me reference number and its credited on 26th septmber 2018 and they said contact to your sbi branch. Now i am trying to reach that mukulisi sbi branch but they are not responding the call. I have tried 5 times phone was ringing but nobody receiving the call and also sometimes the number not working.

      Dear team,

      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

        Dear sir /mam my concern is to issue new passbook because in old passbook no page to update. I went to the bank regarding the same the bank employee is so rude that he don't want to listen me he spoke very rudely. Passbook was available but he refused to give me and told me to come next day, is this the way to behave customer. Even i don't have the time to go again and again.

          Collection agent Chari came to home on 07.10.2018(sunday)for payment collection and he has called collection manager Swetha from begumpet branch, While I am talking to her she used abused language (idiot, fit for nothing
          do not you have commonsense).Again today we went to begumpet Queens plaza to pay and meanwhile we got an opportunity to talk with Swetha and Chari, the way she spoke to me is really embarrassing.           Sir, I receive a call on 20 Aug 2018 from SBI barkura.. And knowing some details about my ATM card... Which I given... But I understand everything than I go to the my bank and close my ATM card... And take a account statement that time money has no deducted... ATM block confirmed but some days after I show that my money has deducted approx 50000/-

            Rs 295 has been deducted multiple times from my sbi bank account every month .
            N in different month as investment intermedi

            We don't no what to do
            We belong to lower middle class family

            Its a huge amount for us.

            I enquired in the bank but they said this amount is not been deducted by bank and we can't do anything.

            I am helpless
            Plzz help to get the refund.

Presenlty, i have serving with indian army at j &k. I have not issue any cheque to other people since last two year. So, i kindly request sought out the query and refund my amount in account.

                The branch manager of sbi BHAISWAN IFSC code - SBIN0008130. Remains all the time in busy without business. He never support the customer in any difficulties. He never gives a good response to customers. Almost all the customers are unhappy with this branch manager. The branch manager and bank cashier always demands to show AADHAR CARD.                   I have borrowed a car loan from behala branch in april 2018. I have already paid the allotted emi so far without any fail. Unfortunately, sbi has charged me rs. 2950 as penalty due to non-submission of rc copy.

                  This is very unfortunate as i was never informed by the bank or representative about this penalty at the time of agreement. I have received the rc copy just couple of weeks ago from the showroom. The delay is due to the motor vehicles department. I have already submitted the scan copy of rc book to the branch.

                  Surprisingly bank has again debited the same amount for same reason. I am not sure what kind of joke is going here.

                  Requesting your kind attention into this matter and waived the penalty looking at my record with bank so far. I have been a customer of sbi since last 10 years. The details of my a/c is below.

                    My credit card no is [protected] and it got expired in June 1918. As I was out of station for sometime I have not noticed the expiry date. I request you to please renew card at the earliest. Usually you will be sending the renewal card to my address as per the date. But this time it has not happened. There is no change in my address and you can send it to my current address.

                        I am one of the account holder ([protected]) who is trusting you since 10 years sbi, kovur branch.

                        We are very regrettably disclosing you this matter to you.

                        In mahatma words: a customer is the most important visitor on our premises.

                        Here sbi employee (Accountant) behaving very rude with the customers and he said to every customer every service is chargeable in sbi.
                        Example: for mobile number updation he told 100rupees.
                        He is doing work not a properway and he tried to consume customer time also doing his profession like time pass like loose talk. If anything asking service from him giving irresistible answers.
                        Example: if i am asking any service like self account verification (Ecs) with stamp and signature due to my account linking with finance he simply said this is business working time come after 4pm. If we go after 4pm this is closing time better to come tomorrow

                        In mahatma words: he is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.

                        This is overall piain here facing every customer not only myself.

                        Please take an action on him immediately for providing good service to customers.

                          A refund of 631 rs was successfully processed on[protected] to my account by amazon this amount should have been refunded to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now,
                          I have called the sbi customer service and also the state bank of india branch but nobody has resolved the problem no action is being taken.
                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund kindly go through the charge dispute email locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund

                            Sicard said that if you spend more than 1lakh in your first year, your second-year annual fee of rs.499 is reversed but after 1 year and billing date of 05/10/2018 my bill of the month showing an annual charge of the card is 499.

                            I spend more than 2 lakh in my first year.
                            2 laptops worth:- 94000
                            Phone:- 6299
                            Tuition fee:- 50000
                            Electricity bill payment:- 54830
                            Other expenses:- 29000

                            After all of this they customer care not pick up phone and ringing tone for busy on another call...

                            Also, they mention number[protected]/[protected]Toll-free)

                            But both number is not toll-free it is charge 2 rupees for

                              The branch manager of sbi - gauriganj branch was very reluctant for entertaining our request for the education loan, the various reasons stated by him are as below:-
                              1) first he said come after 10 th october as we are having ongoing audit and we will not process any education load request but at the same instance want to give us personal loan & loan on my fathers pension.
                              2) when we requested again and again for the entire time he asked us to submit the application.
                              3) when we inquired about the loan application on 05th october they stated that on aadhar card only the year of birth is mentioned and we can issue the loan (Whereas passport, 10th certificate was already there to verify the dob)
                              4) when we countered his aadhar card argument he then stated that the percentage of marks is less (57%) and we will not issue the loan at any cost. If you want we can issue a personal loan or loan on pension.

                              I want to bring into your notice that my brother is fulfilling all the eligibility criteria's and that's why he was given offer of admission. You may refer the attachments as below. On above this his behavior was also rude and insensitive.
                              We are required to deposit the fees of my brother on or before 10th october and this unnecessary delay has caused lots of mental and emotional pressure on my father and my family as now we have to bear all the expenses from my fathers saving which he had saved for my sister's wedding.
                              I request you to please look into it and help us securing education loan & reimbursement of the amount paid as fees of my brother for study in canada.

                              The Branch Manager of SBI- Gauriganj Branch was very reluctant for entertaining our request for the Education Loan, the various reasons stated by him are as below:-

                                    A refund of 1692rupes was successfully processed on 11th september 2018 to my account by amazon this amount should have been redited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now,

                                      I am ratna mukherjee. My sbi savings account no is [protected]. I would like to inform you that sbi talpukur branch manager (Branch code 16769) mr d madhusudhan rao misbehaved with me. I did my first fd worth amount rs 40000/- that time no amount was deduct for insufficient balance because i had opened this savings account a month ago that time as a assistant branch manager mr sagar kumar biswas told me that i don't need to keep balance in my savings account for 1year. After 1year i have to deposit sufficient balance in my account. I did again fd worth amount rs 40000/-. Present branch manager mr d madhusudan rao said that i had insufficient balance in my savings account but i deposited 40000/- in my savings account. He also told me that for insufficient balance rs 19/- was deduct from my account. His behaviour was also not good. As a branch managet he didn't know manners how to talk with a customer.

                                      I am Ratna Mukherjee.My SBI savings account no is [protected].I would like to inform you that SBI TALPUKUR branch manager (Branch code 16769) Mr D Madhusudhan Rao misbehaved with me.I did my first FD worth amount Rs 40000/- that time no amount was deduct for insufficient balance because I had opened this savings account a month ago that time as a assistant branch manager Mr Sagar Kumar Biswas told me that I don't need to keep balance in my savings account for 1year.After 1year I have to deposit sufficient balance in my account. I did again FD worth amount Rs 40000/-.Present branch manager Mr D Madhusudan Rao said that I had insufficient balance in my savings account but I deposited 40000/- in my savings account. He also told me that for insufficient balance Rs 19/- was deduct from my account. His behaviour was also not good.As a branch managet he didn't know manners how to talk with a customer.

                                        I'm Priyadharshini. I'm IOB bank account holder. on (14.8.2018) I was trying to take 800 from SBI bank ATM timing 3.10 pm branch ezhilagam ATM at chennai At the end of the transaction, i didnt recieve my cash.I just got a message as (unable to process your account).when i checked my balance, I came to know that Rs. 800 was debited from my account.I have given a complaint in my IOB kallavi Branch, i didnt get a proper response from my bank and didnt receive mycash yet.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
