Sir
Refunds of rs. 311.33 and rs.472.01 were successfully processed on 28 feb 2018 to my account by myntra. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service providing all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

I have confirmed with myntra and they have successfully processed the refund.

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra's payment processor to locate the refund.

My friend Transferred an amount of 1000 rupees to my account through the paytm app in bhim... After 1 hour I have checked my account.. but 345 rupees were cut in my account... please give me solution to get my money back.

Got deducted 206.50 rs telling transfer without any info of why & where abouts... Please do revert the reason
SBI deducted 147.50 Rs from my account without prior intimation or message. Transaction says "Annual Card fees". They cant just deduct anything from my account without my consent.
I received two successive messages saying Rupees 147.50 had been debited from my account, each time!
147.50 TWICE!
I would like to know why

    With due respect. Bank charged rs236 as excess debit for the month march dated 7th march and in this month i used atm card 4time and also upi transaction seven time and in feb month atm card used 3time and upi transaction 10 or more time. And this is happening with me various time. So please kindly consider my message. Yours faithfully umakanta behera

    3rd grade service by sbi as the employee dont know the rule and regulation and also they dont know how to behave customer and dont know the meaning of digiltalisation.i am frastruated...
    I have paid Rs 500 for aiims examination 2018 through SBI onilne Through Debit Card. The money has been deducted, but the NEST application asked again for the payment. Request refund the same.

    I dont konw why an amount of rs. 147.50 was debited from my account. I really dont want any of your services. Pls give my money back

      I had made an online payment on 22/12/2017 in favour of freecharge but the transaction failed. The amount of rs 1238 was deducted from my account but not credited to freecharge account. I filed my complain with both the parties but both of them are not giving my money. The money has to be with one party but both the party is refusing to give my money. There should be some kind of mechanism to ensure where exactly the money is. Please look into the matter.

        Hi,

        I did go under a fraud case and a person offering for job opportunity, did collected 6.5 lakh from me in sbi account details below and at last he found to be fraud.

        I have registered a fir against him, but i would suggest to block the account first so the no other person gets cheated.

          This is to inform that i opened account no.[protected] in sbi (Initially sbh) rtc branch, baghlingampally, hyderabad on[protected] and making transactions. Having learnt that a new account by name basic saving bank deposit is introduced in the bank, i submitted a requisition in the branch and got my account changed to bsbd account on[protected]. After that i lost my atm card and informed to customer care and got it blocked. I applied for new atm debit card on[protected] duly submitting a requisition. I was informed by the bank staff that the atm debit card will be sent to my residence. As i had not received it even after a lapse of 10 days, i approached bank staff and it is informed to me that the computer system is not permitting for issue of atm debit card to bsbd account holder. Some of my friends working in other banks informed me that there is no restriction as such denying issue of atm debit card to bsbd account holder. Later i verified the guidelines of rbi about bsbd account and understood that bsbd account holder is entitled to get atm debit card. Finally i am addressing this letter with a request to look into the matter and arrange to issue an atm debit card to me, please.

            I have sanctioned my home loan from sbi ambazari branch, city nagpur state :maharashtra branch code :8238.

            Loan account number as:[protected] (State bank of india)

            Further for income tax claiming i need loan interest provisional certificate, and same has not been uploaded in online account number.

            As i am residing at working place jaipur state :rajasthan, it is not possible for me to approach at branch address to collect provisional certificate.

            Requested you to kindly intervene the issue and resolved the matter.

                A refund of rs. 835 (Rs. 240 + rs. 595), was successfully processed on 23rd feb. 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. Refund reference number (Processor trace id): #[protected].

                I have called sbi customer care & also emailed the sbi main branch with all the details many times including the refund reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet.

                I have confirmed with amazon & they have successfully processed the refund.

                  This is with regards to my home loan application. Below are the details -

                  Start date of application process - 30th December 2017

                  It's been 2.5 months I've been constantly in touch with Mr Santosh/Mr Sandeep from SBI for the process of my home loan.

                  The initial set of documents that were required were submitted on time. Post which, the list of documents required changed frequently.
                  which led to a lot of to and fro which led to delay from SBI's end

                  Finally, this was escalated to the higher authorities (Mr Pankaj Pandey/Mr. Kamlesh Tejwani) and requested to share some the final set of documents that were required to process the loan.

                  On 12th February 2018, I received an email from SBI to schedule my appointment for the final paper work and disbursement of the home loan. The mail consisted of a list of documents that was required from my end. out of which, there were couple of documents (previous original chain agreements) that was asked to submit. After inquiring with the buyer, it was known that the originals were misplaced. However, the xerox was submitted.
                  As a solution recommended by SBI authorities (Mr Sandeep Mishra), I was asked to lodge a missing police report (which was done on 16th Feb 2018) for the lost documents and publish it in 2 papers (English and regional) (Printed on 17th Feb 2018 edition) and allow a cooling period of 14 days, post which to acquire a No Claim Certificate from the lawyer.

                  SBI officials assured that after the cooling period of 14 days and after submitting the No Claim Certificate the loan will be disbursed at the earliest.

                  The cooling period was completed on 2nd March 2018 and No Claim Certificate was emailed to SBI officials Mr Santosh/ Mr. Sandeep on 3rd March 2018.

                  WE WERE ASSURED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE CALL AS WELL AS OVER WHATSAPP/MESSAGES THAT THE LOAN WILL BE DISBURSED WITHIN A WEEK (on or before - 9th march 2018) ONCE ALL THE SAID DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED.

                  I had a call with Mr Santosh and Mr Sandeep today, they now claim that officer from the "Process" Department does not approve of the No Claim Certificate and insist that the case cannot proceed without the original chain agreements.

                  This was communicated well in advance that the original documents are not available. To which SBI personnel suggested a way out. Now backing out from this is no solution!

                  The reason they gave is - The management is concerned after the PNB scam. This makes no sense whatsoever! Commoners like us are the ones who are facing issues. We trusted SBI and your people who assured us that the loan will be disbursed latest by 9th March 2018.

                  To summarize things -
                  Firstly, we have timely provided the set of documents that were required. Secondly, the requirement of the documents that were 'missing' was raised at a much later stage. Which is when we realized that few of the documents weren't there. As suggested by SBI personnel, we even filed a FIR for the missing documents and printed on newspapers. We have even received the No Claim certificate from the lawyer for the missing documents which was then duly submitted to SBI.

                  The last date for my payment was 28th Feb 2018. As we were in good terms with the owner, they were kind enough to extend it.

                  I see no reason why the loan disbursement was rejected at the eleventh hour. We are liable a penalty if the amount is not paid to the buyer on the stipulated time. Will SBI be accountable for this??

                  Giving a vague reason of some other banks fraud case is baseless.

                  I am stuck up with the home loan procedure of SBI for the last 2.5 months. Every time I speak to your officials I am assure that the loan will be disbursed. Today I got a call stating that the loan has be rejected due to the vague reason mentioned above.

                  Requesting you to look into this closely and help in getting the loan amount disbursed. The deadline for the final payment is 10th March 2018 (this is post the grace period from the seller. The actual final date as mentioned in the agreement is 25th February 2018).

                  We have cooperated throughout will all the documents you have requested for time and again. This has caused tremendous mental harassment for me and my family inspite of rendering support for all your queries.

                  Looking forward for your response and a strong and valid reason for the rejection of the loan after assuring us that it will be disbursed since 2.5 months.

                      Sir, I am retired from sbbj service on 30.4.2017 under VRS sechem. Bank paid exgrasia and leave encashment on 05.06.2017 in my account after deducting TDS amount of Rs 436000/=.but after passing 10 month, . It’s not showing in AS 26.                         I Mandeep Singh have an SBI credit card with you bank with no. [protected]. I have been charged a fin charges of rs 7912/- in my feb statement and for the clarity I called the customer care and they also stated that the charges have been charged wrongly and took an request for the revisal of the fee with ref no.[protected], as on today I called the customer care department and the executive informed me that the revisal is been rejected, further I request the reason for the fee revisal the executive inform me that he dont know the reason. So i would like to know that why this charged has been added to my statement and further I would like to attach the statement as an proof that all the payment are been made time to time with out fail and 1 Lack rs have been converted to EMI which is also reflected the statement.

                        I belonging to the middle class family would like you to see the fact and do the revisal if possible or I have to approach Consumer form as this might be a case of paying money for no reason.

                        I further request you to update the same at the earliest with some valid reason.

                          atm card hold and recovery of money

                          Though the estimed daily i request you sir/mam that my atm card has been hold and the money which should be recovered by the bank is recovered, but still my atm card is in hold. Without atm card i am suffering from many money transaction process and many online work are pending so please solve my problem quickly as soon as possible.
                          And please take some step so that i should get the remaining money back.

                          This is to inform you that on (02/03/18) between (17:35 p.m -17:56 p.m) someone withdrawn money from my ATM Debit Card without any information to me from the location Defence Colony, South Delhi but at the same time I was at my home location.

                          The fraud happened in three transactions:-

                          First Transaction from HDFC bank (Defence Colony, South Delhi) of INR 10, 000/-.
                          Second Transaction from HDFC bank (Defence Colony, South Delhi) of INR 5, 500/-.
                          Third Transaction from Kotak Mahindra Bank (Defence Colony, South Delhi) of INR 2, 000/-.

                          When I woke up and saw all these transaction messages, I quickly reported to SBI Customer Care and blocked my debit card.

                          Mr. Abhishek Srivastava (A/C No.[protected]) that Rs.17, 500/- has been withdrawn from his account by fraudsters on 02.03.2018 from HDFC and Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM, Defence Colony (Transaction details and customer application attached herewith).

                          I have attached all the documents for the same i.e. Transaction Summary of Withdraw, Application written to bank and Application for lodging a police complaint

                            I want to block my sbi credit card due to false transactions done by third person even i had lodged grievance online vide transaction no.1-[protected]

                            As on date as per the trailing mail customer grievance on dispute on tranctions are not settled as on date.
                            Again, i am lodging another customer complaint on irctc sbi credit card accounts statement, received today in which rs.550/- is only acceptable for payment.

                            However, minimum amount of rs.1471/- made payment on 8th feb.2018
                            (And)
                            Another minimum amount of rs.2451/- will be made on or before 11th march.

                            You are once again requested to resolve this cutomer grievance as i am receiving monthly statements with the disputed transactions which i have not done most of the transactions and for which a dispute raised.

                            Please note that if it continues with such false accounts statements, then there will be no other option to me except to cancel sbi credit card.

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is this. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unnecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                I do not have any sbi account but still I am receiving sms about transactions on some sbi account. I think the account is incorrectly linked to my number.

                                  For the payment of cellone bills i have made an option of auto pay. An amount of rs 121 16th june 2017was deducted in auto pay mode to bsnl cellone. But the bsnl has not raised the bill amount and rs 121 was not received by them, i have received the cell bill for rs 714 and on 19th june i have paid manually through bank rs 714 to bsnl cell one. Please enquire and arrange to credit the amount...

                                  I raised request to surrender my policy [protected], 1 week ago and my repeated mails has been ignored. They are deducting 25% of the total i paid in 3 years as per the quotation they sent which is ok with me. But my repeated request for closing before next premium deduction has gone unheard. And they deducted the next premium even though i requested more than a week back. Looks like sbi life just wants loot people.

                                    My lpg subsidy is not credited in my account no [protected] from jan'2018 though i have submitted my aadhar no.[protected] to my bank several times. But it is not under stood that my aadhar has not been linked with my above account till date. I have visited several times to my bank for linking the same for getting the lpg subsisy but all in vain i also visited to the gas company but they have told that unless the bank is liking the the aadhar no the lpg subsidy will not be credired to me above account. I am a pensioner and i have already submitted my aadhar card with my life certificate in nov'17
