I have an SB account at State Bank of India, Velachery branch, Chennai. The account is frozen due to some internal mistake they have committed (I understand there was an audit objection). But the branch staff do not accept it. They made me submit Aadhaar card, PAN card and photos multiple times. Even after repeated branch visits they are unable to share what is wrong with the account and how to solve it. Now they have just transferred the account to the IIT Madras branch, just to get rid of me. But the problem remains. I cannot still access my money in the account.
