More than three times i visited new panvel branch and every time receive response that your problem is resolve still resolution is not in place for below mentioned problem,
1. Incorrect banking is not in place, incorrect password provided twice and this time incorrect internet banking password in the kit (Account lock due to this).
2. Unable to set user id due to incorrect kit number.
3. I have requested to register my phone number almost three times still number is not registered.
4. Number is not register so, cant unlock/reset account.
5. I did complete kyc formalities in december 2016 and have completed same again in last week (Due to some issues in sbi system), hope this time it will work.
Worst service provider bank.
