I have to inform that i m resident of ashok vihar, visiting ashok vihar branch 3- 4 times to open my saving account and ppf account... But assistant are not solving the problem properly very slow in work and after that they said time is over or its lunch time and their lunch time of one hour 2-3 that time and moreover this branch is open is last year not more that 5-6 months and its very untidy.
