I have recharged my SBI Fastag through Phonepe but the balance has not updated in the fastag wallet. When I contacted phonepe about the same they raised a query and responded that the bank has confirmed the payment. But when I contact the fastag customer support they denied any txn from Phonepe in my Phonepe, I contacted the bank helpline but they asked me to contact Phonepe Support and Phonepe is asking me to contact the bank only. It's been 30 days my money is stuck and yet get any satisfactory answers from both the parties.
