I requested for a balance transfer my sbi simple life credit card on 6/09/17 as per their notification/terms they will send it as a cheque to me for that they charged 1100/- as interest
The problem is i have n't received the cheque yet (20/09/2017) and i need to other bank rupees ten thousand (10, 000) as penalty to other bank
Why this delay happened they are not answering and simple putting on bludart as they chosen them as courier. When i called to bludart they said they haven't received proper address and proper telephone number so they delayed.
Why do i need to suffer because of thees guys? Why do i need to pay 11, 000 extra from my pocket?
Sbi team having my proper details and they called plenty of times to re confirm my address then why the wrong address printed?
I raised complaint[protected] against this with sbicard customer care they closed it with out resolving or clarifying my answers. I asked them to escalate and they not even done
