I am complaining about sbi koduvayur, isfc code sbin 0008616 asking me personally visit bank to change joint savings account to single after demise of my father. I am unable travel from uk immediately due to serious health condition. Kindly help have no other bank account except this very old sbi account. Kindly help. SBI bank is the worst bank when compared with other nationalized banks the employees working in this bank having worst behaviour and worst attitude please don't open any new account to SBI bank and pls open in other govt nationalized bank

Today from my account 1998 rs deducted. I know about it by a sms. I didn't share my details with anyone Thn how it's done. So I enquiry on call center but I don't get any satisfactory information about it. Today is bank holiday so I can't discuss it with bank authority. Even I don't get any otp for tht transactions.
