State Bank Of India [SBI] — bebit 1500 from sbi atm at cmm jabalpur regarding complaint no.[protected]

Sir i have withdraw 1500 rupee from my sbi atm card but due to low balance in atm i could not get money. But at that time i have recieved a message about the redumption of 1500 rupee and i complained to your customer care about this redumption and i recieve my complaint no.[protected] via sms but know it gas been closed but i do not get money, so what i can do now in order to get back my money...
