State Bank Of India [SBI] — bharat qr code recharge does not credited

As, i recharged my tatasky 2 times of 200 rs. By scanned bharat qr code shown on tv.
On 31st aug. Qr ref. No.:724308a00011
On 12th jul. Qr ref. No.:719317a00002
But recharge are not credited both time & ruppes also does not credited on sbi saving account yet
So, plz. Give me return credit of failure recharge amount 400 (200+200)
