State Bank Of India [SBI] — BHIM SBI Pay Foreign Outward Remittance Failed but money got debited, did not reverse back to my account

I am HD Lalremruati, Mb.[protected] i was using BHIM SBI Pay Foreign Outward Remittance for money transaction (P2P) to Singapore on 11.07.2023. The amount debited was Rs 15577.50 + Commission charge Rs 233.66 + GST Rs 45 Total amount = 15856.16 with Cust Ref No.[protected]. This amount was debited though the transaction was failed instantly, since today the beneficiary did not received the money also it was not reverse to my account as well .I repeatedly made complaint to SBI Customer Care, to my Branch office, Regional office, but since today they couldn't resolve my issue. I request you to kindly resolve my issue and return my hard earn money to my account.
