State Bank Of India [SBI] — branch manager is not closing the education loan

Address: Khunti, Jharkhand, 835209

I had taken the education loan of 3.7lac and paid full amount except 70rs and now i have given the 3times loan closing letter but still branch manager did not close.

Now unnecessarily i am paying the interest, as i forced to branch manager then he said i will be close but it already 4 months passed

Even i have spoken to zonal office, they said we will talk but still nothing worked. Please suggest what to do next!
