State Bank Of India [SBI] — Branch Manager is not giving us deposited Loan Amount details

Dear sir !
Myself Abhaykant Nirala, S/o Sri Sadan Sharma Software Engg. and working in Indore (MP).
My SBI Loan A/c: [protected].
I have taken education load and till december 2016 I paid all due and got the no dues certificate by bank.

But today dated[protected] when my father went to that bank then Bank Manager is denying to issue loan amount list what we deposited.

We don't have internet banking for said account.
We are asking which rule is saying that he can't issue me the loan amount list what I paid.

But Branch Manager even not agree to talk about it. I have to submit those document to Tax Department.

Please take action to related person.
