I requested for closure of my signature credit card on 10th of august but to no avail. On 25th i am being told by cust care executive that i requested for retention. The recording can be heard to check.
Consequent to which i lost 2832/- on 25th of august through linkedin site which is withdrawing every month without intimating me & i am not getting even otp. Please get it refunded as it is due to callous attitude of cust care executive. I was even told that a complaint for refunding the same has been lodged, for which i never received any complaint no.
