State Bank Of India [SBI] — Can't change my registered mobile through sms OTP

I have been trying to change my mobile number for the last week. I cant go to the branch due to congestion of work, also my debit/ATM card cant be used due to it being all worn out, which i have applied for online. I have my old number and new number along with me so i did the necessary. I inputted the OTP but always shows pending and then it expires. I just tried it now as well. my reference number is UM[protected]. I read online that for others its instant. So i want to know what the problem is. Please help

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Babu in Bank think Bank belong to his/her BAAP and behave in that manner.
If you ask to change anything they will reply like "I am busy at this moment", "Come tommorow", "Now its lunch time", "Form is not complete", "You fill the wrong form".
I submitted the form to change my mobile number in person in the home branch a month ago, but till date after so many calls and personal visit they havent change it.
