State Bank Of India [SBI] — Car loan ecs not going through on the due date and then they are deducting 500 as fine the next day

I have car loan account number [protected] and do not have any access to monitor this online every month from the past 6 months the time I have takent ht eloan ecs is not going through and every month addiitonal 500 is being deducted as late fee. Please can all of this be sorted and reverted back? Also i am not getting any help on how to resolve it from the branch
