State Bank Of India [SBI] — car loan emi

I have taken vehicle loan in sbi, moosrambagh branch, hyderabad in the month of march, 2017. At the time of taking the loan they said first emi has to be paid by cash. Same is paid by me in the month of april, 2017. But they have not deducting vehicle loan emi from my account as of now. I contacted bank manager in this issue almost 15-20 times. Every time he is saying that your problem has to be resolved within 1 or 2 days. But as of now the problem is not solved. I have the cash payments up to june 2017. This is the very problem to me as i have to take half day leave and come to bank for payment. I am maintaining balance in my account continuously. My vehicle account no. Is [protected] (B. Amaravathi). So, please resolve the problem immediately.
