[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash deposit machine taken the money and then shows transaction failed issue

Dear sir
My self md nasir ali
I had deposited rs. 11, 500 (23×500) at 10th august 2017 (21:40 pm) to my nearest sbi cash deposit machine jatani branch.
When i entered my all the money it was take too long time to respond and after 40 seconds it shows that transaction is unsuccessful due to machine trouble
I have attached the receipt also you can see

Updated by Md Nasir Ali I had went to my Issuing bank today at 10.15 AM for giving the complaint and request for paying back my money into my account.
They have give me a form and asked for to filled it up and They tell me that due to second Saturday on 12th August the bank will remain close and the next day is sunday and monday on 14th August the bank will remain close for Janmashtami and 15th August is our independence day. So I will get my money back on Wednesday.

I had requested them to do it today, but deny to do so and tells me to wait.
I still waiting for my Rs. 11, 500
