State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash deposited through cash machine but amount did not credited into account.

On 23rd august 2017 around 12: 13 am i have deposited 2000 through cash deposit machine at kothaguda opposite of western pearl building, when i inserted the note into the machine it took but on the screen after inserting the pin it given "temporarily unable to process" and i didn't receive my cash nor it was deposited into my bank and from the past two days im calling to sbi customer care regarding this issue but they were stating technical issue and telling me to call after 2 hours. This is ridiculous as the customer executives giving the same reason again and again instead of slowing my problem.

Hope the issue will get resolve soon.

Hello SBI, I have recharged my Vodafone no. [protected] for ₹ 398/- from SBI ANYWHERE app dated 31/07/2017. It was successfully recharge but mobile balance is not rec'd not my amount was refunded till date. Transaction ID UH 16753515 A/c no. [protected]

672000 loan sanctioned. Emi was 7301.

I was told this Emi is principal and interest
Last week recd. Letter says only interest was adjusted for three years I paid every month 7301.
So what is the tenure and how much more to be paid... Landlines no response.
