State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash didn't receive due to power cut in atm

Sir,
On 12th sept at 4:55pm, i was withdrawing 1500 rs from axis bank adityapur near shiv mandir jamshedpur, suddenly power got cut when the machine was about to dispense the cash and i couldn't receive the amount, plz rectify the issue.
