State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cash missing from atm

My name is PG Surendran, I tried to withdraw cash from my a.c.no:[protected] on 10/5/2017 from ezhinjillam atm, thiruvall, pathanamthita, kerala.
it was shown that the transaction was completed but I was not able to collect the money from the machine I tried for 2 times and contacted the bank but it was of no use
I request you Kindly to return my money as soon as possible
