Dear sir.

On 10 may i was trying to withdraw cash of 8, 000/-from atm karthikapally. It says on display cash not available please try nearby atm. Then i tried atm in nangiarkulangara. For the same amount. Same display on screen.
On 11th may i withdraw rs.5, 000/- from chepad branch.
On the mini statement rs.8, 000/+ 8, 000/- (Rs. 16, 000/-) debited from my account od 10th may 2017

Kindly do the necessary to correct and credit the amount to my account at the earliest. Please acknowledge
