State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cash not received from atm but amount deducted from account | |||
On 06.05.2017 i opted for withdrawal of rs 4000/- from a atm of sermapore, wb branch. (Atm address: chatra serampore, atm code : 0178031) no cash was out from atm but amount has been deducted from my account as immediately i received message in my registered mobile. I lodged complaint immediately to sbi customer care and i was acknowledged on 08.05.17 that my claim will be settled within 7 days. After the expiry of 7 day limit i. E. After 11 days (On 19.05.17) i was informed "the transaction was successful and claim rejected. Documents sent your branch" i wrote letter on 20.05.17 through e-mail as well as through hard copy to my mother branch (Sheoraphuli) of sbi and also the atm branch (Serampore) and requested them to verify my claim from the cctv footage at the then instant.
