Sir i 0n 4.5.17, 5.5.17 deposited 10000 cash in patny secundrabad br, cdm cash 10000 and beneficiary account no [protected]. But cdm machine did not gave receipt only demanded mobile no and account no both i entered and transaction success after i made a complaint to the patny br. They are unable to locate as i dont hace m/c no. And receipt also not gave by m/c. Pl povidethe refund

THEY ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE AS I DONT HACE M/C NO. AND RECEIPT ALSO NOT GAVE BY M/C.PL POVIDETHE REFUND
