State Bank Of India [SBI] — challan form

It is disgusting to know that we have to buy challan form from market. Earlier it was available in bank it'self. I oppose this and want to know the reason. Is it so that bank is facing big crises if so, cut short the salary of the employees, they are not worth for so large amount.
It is a form of pay in slip for govt accounts.
I faced this in ujjain sbi madhav nagar, kothi road branch.
