Issue description: Challan payment did not credited to the account paid, towards the tution fee for admission into Engineering College at Hyderabad. Challan payment did not reflect agains the student account while submitting the challan online at https://tseamcet.nic.in/new/sbipayment_status_query.aspx, and the status is shown as "You have not paid the Tuition Fee in the Bank with entered Challan Number. Click on Allotment Order and enter the valid paid Challan / ATRN Number correctly."

When approached the Branch Manager, she says that money already deposited to beneficiary account and there is no more information available at the branch. Later, to drilldown the issue, we had to go all the way to RBO Medchal from Kompally, which is at RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad wherein the Chief Manager on duty was so kind and helpful in explaining the issue and cause also assured of the money is safe and may take some time for transaction to occur and credited to actual beneficiary. It took us almost a business day to obtain the information and not the resolution. It would have been better if the Branch Manager had ability to provide the helpful information to the customer when needed, that's where the position reveals the knowledge and expertise / skillset.
Not sure how the SBI depute the Manager at the branch... is it just to occupy the chair or to serve the staff/customer with the knowledge they possess.
SBI need to undertake more training and skill upgrade programs to all it's Branch Managers and Staff as well, with respect to the subject knowledge integrated with IT and Customer Service/ Support for every transaction that happens at the branch in a polite manner. Keep up Banking, Keep up India.
