Sir,
I have the honour to inform you that, i ankita karmakar, booked an order in amazon in 20 july, 2018 of amount rs2268 and then i cancelled that day. After a few minutes i got an email where it was written that my refund will be processed within 5 days. But till now i didn't get my refund yet. I also called sbi helpline number but they didn't solve my problem

I have the honour to inform you that i, aankita karmakar ordered an product and the amount is 2268, but i didn't get my refund till now, they gave me a email that within 5 business day the amount would reflect but till now i didn't get my refund. I also called sbi helpline number but they didn't resolve it
