I have savings account with sbi and or every transaction they are charging and there is branch transactions also happening there.

There is minimum balance charges, sms alert charges & neft charges

Before only for cheque book request they will charge, now for neft, imps also they are charging
Moreover for neft charges there is no branch contribution is required.

Now to avoid all the charges by the way of nationalised bank robbery i want to come out of sbi and i had requested my sbi branch to close the account

For closure also they are asking me to deposit 550 rupees towards bank closure charges

How common people will come out from this bank robbery

Sir I withdrawn a amount of 7000 from atm having atm id S1NB[protected] ON 16/7/17 but during the transaction the power goes and atm offs and the money deducted from my account but the atm didn't dispensed cash the transaction no is 1984 my a/c no is [protected]
